To oversee and manage the construction of an ongoing high-quality high-rise condominium and hotel Project in Palm Beach county. Candidate must be familiar with high-quality high-rise condominium and hotel Project Management expediting schedule, monitor quality, manage trades/vendors in an effective manner, provide daily/weekly progress reports, invoice processing, and project close-out.
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a specific market segment along with all aspects of the sales process. Plan, solicit, book and coordinate sales to meet/exceed revenue goals.
The Revenue Manager will direct the revenue management processes providing hands-on technical assistance to Amrit Resort and Residences. Oversee and manage the rooms’ forecasts and budgets, and rooms statistics maintenance and responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities. The primary goal of the Revenue Manager is to drive overall revenue and market share at the hotel.
The Group Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segment. The Group Sales Manager will also solicit new accounts, nurture and grow existing client relationships/business and consistently up-selling to meet or exceed set sales goals. The GSM will lead a team and ensure that they all meet their sales targets.
Responsible for short- and long-term planning and management of the Human Resources function. Recommend the department’s budget and manage expenses within approved budget constraints. Major areas of responsibility/management include, but are not limited to, employment, wage and salary administration, benefits, training, employee/labor relations, organizational development and payroll. Work closely with the General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotels and Trust’s goals and objectives. Participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.
The Director of Catering and Conference Services is responsible for securing group business with function space to include food and beverage events. They will be tasked with maximizing revenue and house profit while leading a team of catering sales/event managers.They will provide input and direction in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long-term profitability.
