Job Description

To oversee and manage the construction of an ongoing high-quality high-rise condominium and hotel Project in Palm Beach county. Candidate must be familiar with high-quality high-rise condominium and hotel Project Management expediting schedule, monitor quality, manage trades/vendors in an effective manner, provide daily/weekly progress reports, invoice processing, and project close-out.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


  • To achieve the owner’s goals & objectives in most efficient manner
  • Oversee project implementation through completion of final stages of construction and obtain CO
  • Implement owner’s goals & objectives effectively, manage design team efficiently to achieve value engineering without affecting quality, create and manage implementation schedules for timely obtaining the CO, manage contractors to achieve timely job completion, manage finance including cash flows, submit anticipated cost reports and daily/weekly/monthly proactively
  • Manage teams of consultants and contractors. Interface with architects, developer staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Manage conflict resolution
  • Provide an appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met that are in line with a high-quality high-rise condominium and hotel project
  • Evaluate consultants’ and contractors’ performance
  • Assist with ongoing buyouts of finishes and other such procurement
  • Oversee the ongoing permitting process with the City of Riviera Beach during the final and finishing stages of the ongoing construction
  • Responsible for keeping the project on time and on budget


  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, interior design or construction management
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working on high-quality high-rise condominium and hotel type mixed-use luxury commercial projects
  • Experience working with Owner/Investors, developers and institutional owners at a high-quality high-rise condominium and hotel projects.
  • Ability to manage large ground-up development projects and interiors projects that are of high-quality high-rise condominium and hotel projects
  • Experience in luxury hospitality design & construction preferred
  • Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
  • Familiarity with complex contract structures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner and computer literacy · Ability to work as a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
